Refund policy

A change of mind happens for everybody. If you would like to return the product(s) for any reasons and receive a refund, you have 30 days to return your unopened product(s) after receiving the package. We apologize for not being able to process any return and refund requests after 30 days.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@notedstationery.ca. We will assist you and consider your requests. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for any shipping charges for all returns. We will NOT accept any returns that are not requested.

Refunds

You will receive a full refund if the products are in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide us the receipt. 

Once we have received and examined the item(s) you returned, we will contact you if you are eligible for a refund. You will receive the refund automatically through your original payment method after we have approved a refund. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company need some time to process and post the refund.

We currently cannot process returns and refunds for orders outside of Canada and the US. Sorry for the inconvenience.

If the product(s) is/are opened and used, we are sorry that cannot give you a refund. 

 

Damaged or Defective Item(s)

Please inspect your orders for any damage or defects upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the items are damaged or defective. If you would like to return the damaged or defective items and receive a refund, you have 7 days to return them after you have received the package. We will process the refund after we have inspected the returned items. A full refund will be given to you if the items are unused and defective. We are sorry that we cannot give you any refund for items that were used and are still usable, as well as for items that were used and damaged.

 

Order(s) Did Not Arrive/Wrong Order(s) Received/Missing Item(s)

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have not receive your order(s) after a long period of time (ie.30 days), if you received the wrong order(s), or if there are missing items.
